☆Storyboard and Moodboard 3.0☆

Here's our updated final storyboard and Moodboard. Hopefully this is the final version, We've incorporated the new scenes we added to the film. Fingers crossed we won't need to make any further changes.

☆Script 3.0☆

Unfortunately, one of our cast members (Hussain Rizvi) who was going to play the father of FML had to leave the country for personal reasons and won't be back anytime soon. We were left with no choice but to write him out of the script, which meant killing off his character. This change had a ripple effect, and we realised we couldn't find a replacement at such short notice. As we revised the script, we noticed even more issues and inconsistencies that we weren't happy with. Our initial idea seemed far-fetched and unrealistic, and when we visualized it on film, it felt dull. We decided to brainstorm and came up with new ideas. We knew it was a risk, changing the entire script and concept at last minute, but we were confident that our new idea was better and more exciting. Our new concept combines mystery and horror elements, carefully crafted to comply with Cambridges guidelines, which prohibit excessive gore or age-restricted content. ☆Major Hurdle☆

Unfortunately one of our cast members (HUSSAIN RIZVI), who was set to play the the father of the FML, had to leave the country due to personal reasons and won't be back until January. Since we need to wrap up filming before then, we've had to make some major script changes and update the story board. Hopefully, this will be the last hurdle we've to overcome, and we can finish filming smoothly without any further issues.

☆Equipment☆

Shooting our 2-min film project with my CANON EOS 700D! Stay tuned for the BTS and final product on our blogs.

☆Editing Essentials☆

Our media sir introduced us to the basics of editing and guided us through using the Davinci Resolve app. Although it's been a month since we learned, I forgot to post about it. Luckily, sir taught us the essential skills we need to enhance our film project. Now we can make it look even better.

☆5th Location☆

After careful consideration, we have selected a hospital as the filming location for one of our project's most important scenes. We had previously planned to visit the hospital for a picture, but due to our busy schedules and the temporary lockdown caused by national political issues, we were unable to do so. Now that the situation has normalised, we will soon proceed with our plan.                                             Maroof Hospital

☆Cast Additon☆

We required an individual to portray the role of a psychiatrist in our film project. The scene involves the FMC sitting in a psychiatrist's office, and we have successfully found a suitable actor, who happens to be one of our college teachers, Miss Zahra.

☆4th Location☆

One of our first scenes is set in a classroom, so we decided to film at our own school. The location isn't perfect, but we're planning to experiment with different camera angles and lighting to create the right mood for our film.

☆Blog Downtime☆

Hey everyone, I wanted to apologise for the silence on our blog for the past month. To be honest, life got pretty hectic for our team. We all had our plates full with various commitments and responsibilities that we needed to take care of. To make things even crazier, we had school tournaments and other events that we had to prep for. It was a lot to handle, and unfortunately, we couldn't update our blogs. But now that things have settled down a bit, I'm hoping to get back into regular posting routine. We've got some posts lined up, and I'm excited to share them with you all.
